The marketing pages on nexusfleet.net set no cookies and load no analytics or tracking scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to keep the service secure.

When you contact us

If you email or message us, we use your details to reply and, if you become a customer, to set up and run your account. We do not sell your details.

Customer accounts

If you use the NexusFleet dashboard, we process the data needed to run your agents: account details, conversations, leads and bookings. We never use your business data to train AI models.

Where data is stored

NexusFleet is EU-hosted (Finland).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data through the contact form. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
