Getting started is straightforward. Choose a subscription plan (Launch, Scale, or Dominate), pay the one-time activation fee, and our onboarding team will guide you through the setup. This includes connecting your WhatsApp Business API, configuring your AI agents, integrating your existing CRM, and customizing automation workflows. Most clients are fully operational within 48 hours.
The one-time activation fee of €350 covers your complete onboarding and initial configuration. This includes dedicated setup support, WhatsApp Business API provisioning, AI agent training and customization for your business, CRM integration, workflow template configuration, and a personalized walkthrough session to ensure everything is running smoothly before you go live.
No. NexusFleet is designed for business operators, not developers. The platform features a visual dashboard where you can manage agents, view conversations, track leads, and adjust automation rules without writing a single line of code. Our AI agents are pre-configured with intelligent defaults, and the onboarding team handles all the technical setup on your behalf.
Most businesses are fully operational within 24 to 48 hours after signing up. The activation process includes account provisioning, WhatsApp number verification, AI agent configuration, and a live testing phase. If you already have a WhatsApp Business API setup, deployment can be even faster. More complex custom integrations may take up to one week.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit for European clients, and bank transfers for annual billing arrangements. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Invoices are generated automatically and available in your dashboard.
Yes. NexusFleet subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contracts or commitments. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. The one-time activation fee is non-refundable as it covers the setup and onboarding services already provided.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Plan changes can be managed directly from your NexusFleet dashboard, or by contacting our support team.

NexusFleet connects directly to the official WhatsApp Business API. All conversations are logged and accessible in your dashboard, and the AI learns from your business context to provide accurate, on-brand responses.
Yes. NexusFleet offers native integrations with popular CRM platforms, and supports custom integrations through our API and webhook system. Qualified leads, conversation transcripts, and customer data can be synced automatically to your CRM. Security is a core pillar of NexusFleet. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure runs on enterprise-grade cloud servers with regular security audits. Access to your account is protected by secure authentication, and we implement strict role-based access controls. We never share your data with third parties and never use your business data to train AI models.
Yes. NexusFleet is fully GDPR compliant. We process data in accordance with EU data protection regulations, support data subject access requests (DSARs), provide data export and deletion capabilities, and maintain a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all customers. Our servers are hosted in EU data centers. You can configure data retention policies from your dashboard to match your compliance requirements.
All conversation data is stored in encrypted databases hosted within EU data centers. By default, conversation logs are retained for 12 months, but you can customize the retention period from your dashboard settings. You also have the ability to manually delete specific conversations or perform bulk data exports at any time. When data is deleted, it is permanently removed from all backups within 30 days.
AI models only process data that is directly relevant to the active conversation or task. NexusFleet uses a strict data isolation architecture, meaning each AI agent operates within a sandboxed context with access limited to only what it needs. Customer data is never used for model training by any provider. You have full control over what information each agent can access through the permission settings in your dashboard.

NexusFleet maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA. Our infrastructure is built on redundant, auto-scaling cloud systems with real-time monitoring and automated failover.
